At Tesco we believe in delivering a great customer service experience as well as delivering your bathroom! Before you receive your delivery, we would like to pass on some tips and important information to help your delivery run smoothly.
Approximately 3 working days before your delivery date, our warehouse will start to pick and then load your delivery. If for any reason you wish to postpone your delivery date, please give us 3 working days notice so we can postpone your delivery effectively. You can either call in to postpone your delivery date or go to Amend/Track Delivery where you can choose an alternative delivery date at the click of a button!
Our team will allocate you a timeslot the evening before your delivery. The timeslots are 7am - 1pm or 12pm - 6pm. Regrettably timeslots cannot be chosen. There are 2 ways to obtain your timeslot. If we have your mobile phone number on file, we will text your timeslot to you. Alternatively, if you go to Delivery Tracking your timeslot will be displayed
Our Driving Team is committed to delivering your products within the agreed timescales and with a smile! They will also ring you prior to your delivery to ensure you know they are on their way. Because of factors outside of our control, your timeslot may change during the day. We will keep you updated on the day if this occurs.
When they arrive, the Driving Team will deliver to the room of your choice. If you do feel that there are any potential hazards, please inform the Driving Team before your items are unloaded. To help our Driving Team, please remove any ornaments or other items that are placed on the Drivers route to the room of your choice. Whilst every care will be taken when delivering your product, if accidental damage occurs to your property, please mark the paperwork accordingly.
Don't forget to count the items delivered with the Driver to ensure you are happy that all the products are with you!
When the Driving Team has left, please check your delivery carefully. If you do find a discrepancy, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. If they are reported later than this, replacement items may be chargeable.
Please book your plumber or fitter for at least one week after your chosen delivery date and please do not remove your existing bathroom until you are satisfied that all products are present and correct. This will ensure that if there are any problems we can put them right with the minimal of fuss.
And finally! Some information on our furniture ranges. Wood is a beautiful natural product and the different grains and textures in the wood often mean there are a variety of differences in the doors and drawer fronts.
Prior to fittings, lay out the doors and drawer fronts and adjust the positions to get the best overall balance.
Exposure to daylight will change the appearance of the natural wood fascias. Each type of timber reacts differently and at a different rate.
Exposure to direct sunlight will bleach wooden furniture. Bleaching of colours can affect your furniture within two months and will be different on each the door and drawer front components depending upon its position relative to windows.

Your delivery date is based on your postcode and stock levels. This date is usually within 7-10 working days. You can then select your delivery date at the point of ordering.
