If goods are faulty, following confirmation by the manufacturer (this will require a telephone call or home visit by a manufacturer or registered engineer) you may return the product free of charge by calling 01204 360895 *.
If for any other reason you decide to return the product within 14 days of receiving the delivery please call the Tesco Bathrooms helpline on 01204 360895 and we will arrange a pick up within 10 days if the products have not been fitted and are undamaged. There is a charge for this collection of £50 this charge reflects the actual cost of collection.
Under the terms of Distance Selling Directive, you as the customer have a duty to care for the product while it is in your possession. If the products are damaged a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where a repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made. Your legal rights are not affected. Tesco Bathroom products cannot be returned to any Tesco stores.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this order as a result of a damaged or faulty item we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).Should you order be returned as a result of any reason other than a damage item it will be the customers responsibility to pay for the return delivery charge.
All returned items must be received by Tesco within 14 days of the cancellation notification sent.We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial Transaction.
